I've purchased 10 vehicles in my lifetime, and not once did I walk away feeling good about the experience. Until today. Several weeks ago I contacted Goudy Honda asking about availability of a Honda Civic Hybrid in a specific configuration for my daughter. None were available, but Kate invited us to come by to take a look at similar configurations and take a test drive. She didn't try to convince us to buy anything other than what my daughter was looking for. She was patient, answered all of our questions, and offered her assistance if we decide to commit to the Honda (at the time we were considering Toyota as well). No salesy pitches, no hassling texts or phone calls. In the meantime, I went through Costco to find the Honda we were looking for, which routed me to another dealer. But weeks passed by and no car became available. I connected back with Kate, who promptly informed me that a vehicle was coming in shortly that could be what my daughter was looking for. She was right, it was perfect. She held it for me with a very small fully refundable deposit, and honored the price that she promised...no markups, excess fees, or dealer add-ons. She even presented me with every discount / rebate opportunity available. I couldn't pick up the car right away, so she held it for me until the weekend and didn't even ask to settle finances until then. I never once felt like I was working with a sales consultant. As we were leaving, she advised me on a number of very helpful maintenance tips. Even after the transaction was completed, Kate followed up with several issues that were unnecessary but greatly appreciated. If anyone in my family purchases another Honda and Kate is still at Goudy, I will gladly work with her again. Thank you Kate for taking care of my daughter!

I believe that GOUDY HONDA is the place to go for a low-stress car buying experience. Each person we encountered, including Melannie, our salesperson, was examplary. All of our questions were answered and we were given ample time, without pressure, to decide if we were going to purchase. Their environment of "no hassle" and support is why we bought there. The post-purchase experience also has been great! Several "check-ins" to let us know that we have a relationship with Goudy Honda and we were not just a purchaser. I highly recommend them!
