Wish I could give it 4 1/2 stars. Five out of six people I interacted with in March of 2025 were wonderful and genuine. Everybody from my sales rep Melanie, receptionists and the parts dept rep were great. They even Uber'd me from my house to my credit union, then once again to the dealership. Chastity was super helpful. While processing my service she reminded me of my warranty expiration dates, like the A/C, without asking. In all my services in other dealerships I was never given that info!!! Definitely appreciate the drop-off/pickup service while my car was serviced. Matthew was my driver, and he was very professional and great to chat with along the drive. Will be coming back here for future service.

Having had an outstanding buying experience in 2019 I decided to return this year and upgrade my 2019 Honda Accord for the 2026 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. Every Associate was pleasant, very helpful and determined to give me the best buying experience. The General Manager (Michael Deville) demonstrated his appreciation for my return business and I got a great deal on the best vehicle. Every single option I wanted was provided and I drove away with an amazing vehicle backed up by the entire amazing staff.

Came in for a recall fix and ended up leaving way happier than expected. Mike was super attentive and genuinely caring on my way out he noticed my car was dirty and offered to clean it for me, which was so unexpected and kind. Armando also helped spray down my car and made it look so much better. Little things like that really make a difference. They both went out of their way and it honestly made my day. Really appreciated the service here!
This review is for the Service Dept. I normally don't take my car to the dealer for routine or major service unless it's for warranty work or I bought the car new from there. Ive taken my accord to many different service centers around LA, and let me tell you ive never walked away from an appointment until I was helped by Perla at Goudy. She gave it to me straight and never tried to upsell me on something I dont need. I know these centers need to make money but an honest technician reigns supreme always forever.

This is to thank Goudy Honda and Wilson Yu for an outstanding customer service experience, repairing my car (100%) after the driver's side mirror was damaged and needed replacement. They scheduled me right away and took very good care of me. Not to disparage the Culver City and Santa Monica dealerships but Goudy was way better and easier to work with. I will only go with Goudy and Alhambra from now on.
The advisor is very Courtesy. the service is fast and keep the bottom of my car very clean, no exceed oil dripping on bottom cover after service completely done.

Honda dealers sell Hondas, but Goudy happened to have a used Tesla in the lot. Generally Honda dealers do not know much about Tesla‘s high-tech features but our salesman, Henry Fuentes spent extra time to learn new tricks and offered great service. He spent time to guide us through step by step with his newly acquired skills. We really appreciate his commitment to sell us something good.

They negotiated hard but we eventually came to an agreement on a price I liked for a 2025 Civic Type R. I'm only deducting a star because I should know better than to trust the dealer to wash my new car. The car is black so I seen some insane hard water spots. This was a much better experience than I anticipated. The sales manger answer my questions, dealt fairly, and was not aggressive. The paperwork was done efficiently and quickly and I was not pressured for upgrades. The day after the sale I had a need to visit the service department. The garage seemed organized and efficient. The service managers seemed to be customer focused. YMMV but I will definitely go back.
This was our first time at Goudy Honda. Our son has done business with them in the past so we went on his recommendation. he was along with us to guide us through the process. We were pleased with the customer service we received from Mr. Lui. he was very accommodating and understood our needs. Our only complaint is the time it took, it's a long process.
