PK and Alfonso combined to make our experience the best one I've had in almost 40 years of car shopping. No pressure at all, they don't try to upsell you, instead they really work to help you find the vehicle that's right for you. Everyone from the first person to greet us on the lot, to sales and financing, was super helpful and friendly. We went after work on a Friday and we were heading home in about 2.5 hours in a new HR-V. Thank you Goudy, your team really made what is usually a stressful experience into a very positive one. I've purchased 10 vehicles in my lifetime, and not once did I walk away feeling good about the experience. Until today. Several weeks ago I contacted Goudy Honda asking about availability of a Honda Civic Hybrid in a specific configuration for my daughter. None were available, but Kate invited us to come by to take a look at similar configurations and take a test drive. She didn't try to convince us to buy anything other than what my daughter was looking for. She was patient, answered all of our questions, and offered her assistance if we decide to commit to the Honda (at the time we were considering Toyota as well). No salesy pitches, no hassling texts or phone calls. In the meantime, I went through Costco to find the Honda we were looking for, which routed me to another dealer. But weeks passed by and no car became available. I connected back with Kate, who promptly informed me that a vehicle was coming in shortly that could be what my daughter was looking for. She was right, it was perfect. She held it for me with a very small fully refundable deposit, and honored the price that she promised...no markups, excess fees, or dealer add-ons. She even presented me with every discount / rebate opportunity available. I couldn't pick up the car right away, so she held it for me until the weekend and didn't even ask to settle finances until then. I never once felt like I was working with a sales consultant. As we were leaving, she advised me on a number of very helpful maintenance tips. Even after the transaction was completed, Kate followed up with several issues that were unnecessary but greatly appreciated. If anyone in my family purchases another Honda and Kate is still at Goudy, I will gladly work with her again. Thank you Kate for taking care of my daughter!

I would like to nominate Goudy Honda as having the best customer service for car buying - EVER! First, they had a good selection compared to other dealerships in the Southern California region. A bonus was our car salesperson, Melannie, who was very attentive and LISTENED to what we were seeking in a Honda vehicle. She immediately honed in on what was needed to make our test drive satisfactory, gave us time and space to think about our decision without a barage of texts or phone calls, and acted as a very effective liasion between us, the customer, and store management to come up with a price point that we felt was fair and acceptable! Goudy not only gave me the best price I found anywhere, they also provided by far one of the best dealership experiences. Everyone was friendly, straightforward, transparent, and incredibly easy to work with. There was none of the pressure or games you often expect when buying a car. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I felt like they genuinely wanted to earn my business and make sure I left happy. It’s rare to find a dealership that combines great service with genuinely competitive pricing, but Goudy Honda delivered on both. This is our experience in the Service Dept: picked up my son's 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid on Monday 08.17. which had a Transmission fluid & filter changed. Mr Wilson Yu was very helpful and at the end the mechanic working on my son's car said it did not take as long as they expected and they removed an Hr of labor from our final bill is extremely rare, bc there's not many honest mechanics out there. We will def: use Goudy Honda again for my son's Honda repairs

We decided on the 2026 Hybrid CRV per their recommendation (which lines up with family + friend's recommendations) and it's been really great so far. Kate was the one who helped us out. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Kate took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident with our purchase. Well, hello My name is Teresa and I’ve been with Gaudy Family Since 1986. That’s what I bought. My first Honda all my cars except one Acura that I had. I don’t remember exactly the year but all my cars that I’ve been by there they’re having been Gaudy Honda. You’re right. Many people got different places to buy their own cards for me. Always love Gaudy because they’re always been treating me with kindness and respect and the cars that I had with them. They’re all very good card. I never had any issues with them. The last one that I had. It’s been with me for the last 15 years. I bought it in two Thousand Thirteen. Until now that I got a 2026 and I’m pretty sure I’ll be happy the same way. Chastity was super helpful. While processing my service she reminded me of my warranty expiration dates, like the A/C, without asking. In all my services in other dealerships I was never given that info!!! Definitely appreciate the drop-off/pickup service while my car was serviced. Matthew was my driver, and he was very professional and great to chat with along the drive. Will be coming back here for future service.

Having had an outstanding buying experience in 2019 I decided to return this year and upgrade my 2019 Honda Accord for the 2026 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. Every Associate was pleasant, very helpful and determined to give me the best buying experience. The General Manager (Michael Deville) demonstrated his appreciation for my return business and I got a great deal on the best vehicle. Every single option I wanted was provided and I drove away with an amazing vehicle backed up by the entire amazing staff.

Came in for a recall fix and ended up leaving way happier than expected. Mike was super attentive and genuinely caring on my way out he noticed my car was dirty and offered to clean it for me, which was so unexpected and kind. Armando also helped spray down my car and made it look so much better. Little things like that really make a difference. They both went out of their way and it honestly made my day. Really appreciated the service here!

This review is for the Service Dept. I normally don't take my car to the dealer for routine or major service unless it's for warranty work or I bought the car new from there. But I recently got a new-to-me Honda and wanted to get the CVT fluid changed since I don't know when it was last changed. I called Goudy for a price on this service, and it was quite reasonable. Of course I could probably do it myself for a lot cheaper, but I hadn't had a chance to know my car well enough to take on this job. Since they were a block away from me, I thought I'd give them a try. It was my first time using Goudy and Daniel Tieu was the first service advisor who assisted me. Fortunately I remember reading a positive review about him somewhere on Yelp or Google reviews, so that was reassuring. The service was timely and Daniel said everything checked out okay on their multipoint inspection (brakes, battery, tires, etc.) and didn't try to sell me on any other service. We all know that the car repair industry has a bad reputation for upselling or insisting that something needs to be fixed now or else it's going to catastrophically fail the moment you leave the shop. My experience on my first visit was a positive one. While I might have paid a bit more compared to an indie shop, I know I got genuine Honda parts and their techs are well versed on Honda maintenance and I assume know what they're doing. (I know that's not always the case, as I've heard about bad dealer service experience). I should also note that they have a nice waiting area. Nothing fancy, as in no fancy coffees or pastries. Just a quiet area (at least when I was there) away from the sales floor. I could have walked home, but I decided to stick around and read a book I had with me. It wasn't long when I got a call that my car was ready.
