What I really appreciate is that her service doesn’t stop after you buy the car—she’s still there whenever you need help. I’ve had two accidents in the past six months, and both times, I actually called Kate before calling my insurance because I trust her. She patiently walked me through everything step by step and made sure I understood what to do. It’s hard to find this kind of service these days. After purchasing my Honda Passport, I discovered an issue that needed attention.
