I had a great experience with Kate! She’s amazing and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. What I really appreciate is that her service doesn’t stop after you buy the car—she’s still there whenever you need help. I’ve had two accidents in the past six months, and both times, I actually called Kate before calling my insurance because I trust her. She patiently walked me through everything step by step and made sure I understood what to do. It’s hard to find this kind of service these days. DAVID IS THE MAN! I Came in to fix my ac after stopping by another place looking to charge me 1000$+ for one leak they found for my AC. David made sure I was aware of my warranty and handled not one but TWO leaks. Shoutout to the team for making my car blow super cold clean air after these hot days! Always want to make sure you check your warranty before stopping at any place just in case you might be able to save yourself some extra $$$ despite needing it at that very moment! I was having issues with the cell phone charging pad in my Accord. After her team was unable to fix the issue, she was able to use my extended warranty to get the pad replaced. Previously another Goudy service advisor told me that some models have issues with the cell phone charging pad and replacing it doesn't help. So he basically told me there's nothing he or Goudy could do about it. This didn't seem accurate, so when I brought my car in for a different issue I also mentioned the cell phone charging pad to Chastity. She was able to get my extended warrant to cover both issues and now my car is all good! Thank you so much Chastity!!

I been to many Honda dealerships in LA to service my 2005 Civic. No one comes close to this place, all staff are very friendly and professional and very nice. The property is very clean and tidy. They are very thorough when explaining services recommended for my dinosaur Civic. They offer great amenities like free coffee, water and soft drinks in the service lounge and shuttle service as well. Not many dealerships have rentals either. This place is convenient and located on main street across from Wondries Toyota and Family owned I think. They even washed my car after when they no longer have a detail department. They still got the job done. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know.

My car tire light came on right when I finished work and Goudy Honda was the closest. The service department understood the urgency and checked all my tires and no nails or punctures were found. Thank goodness!!! It was just a little low on air and they refilled it for me and even replaced my missing valve stem caps. Service staff is very friendly and welcoming. This place is truly the helpful Honda experts I have been looking for. I will definitely be coming here for all my service needs from now on. A++++
